Details are as follows: 4* or above Philadelphia - Historic District Penns Landing November 19-20 $160-$175/night I just missed out on a Priceline deal at the Hilton where I would have only spent $198 including taxes, and would love to be under $200 if possible. I have never used NYOP to book a flight and am unsure the best way to go about this. After looking up flights from BWI to MEL in June it looks like the average price will be $1800. Should I start out by bidding 1/2 that and go up in increments of $5? Any help will be greatly appreciated :) Thanks so much!

I read the re-bid zone and I don't completely get it :-/ For any of the zones I'm looking for (TS, MTW, CPS) would Coney Island be the re-bid zone because it's highest rating is 2*? Thanks!

For this particular trip I really need to stay within TS, CPS and MTW.
