This Property has a great added bonus for Phoenix/Scottsdale the property does not charge for self-parking and the resort fee has been optional (ie for mini golf, fitness center, etc) I have stayed at this property in the past because the room key can be used to charge items to your room at the sister property Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort.

*3 Marriott Anaheim (Disneyland) 11/29-12/02 $52 But! First time I got the Marriott, most of the time the Hyatt or Crown Plaza. Marriott charges an outrageous $18 Night Self parking, $24 Valet, $3 per person Disney shuttle fee, internet charge, etc. Property is more of a convention hotel. Marriott rate for my date is $179 night.
The hotel is currently adding a new ballroom outside of our existing building. We expect minimal impact to our guests. The ballroom addition begins April 10, 2006 and will be completed March 31, 2007. Construction will occur Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
