  1. You're right it is gone now. I changed my travel dates to 7.9.16- 7.10.16. I'l keep checking back, maybe I will find an other deal.
  2. Copenhagen - City Center - Old Town - Shopping District area 4* Travel dates july 4 2016- july 6 2016 room rate 127 $ (before 179$) Amenities: free internet, business center, retaurant(s), smoke-free rooms, spa services 90% recommended and it has a blue Love It logo Could this be the Kong Arthut Hotel, or a different one? It says also: Book soon! The last person got the Hotel SP34. Does that mean that the last one who booked this offer got the Hotel SP34?
  3. I'm willing to pay up to 200$, but of course i would prefer a lower rate. sorry that i took so long to reply but i had a lot going on, and i wasn't sure if i was still booking this vacation.
  4. I'm looking at a hotel on hotwire.the dates i'm looking at are the 29th november to the 2 december. it has the following amenities: beachfront property fitness center pools restaurants buisness center high-speed internet acess tennis nearby spa services children's activity program It sells for 192,51 $ Does anybody have an idea what hotel this could be? thank you so much for your help
  5. I haven't tought about a maximum bid. All I could find for those dates in a 4* was around 300$ a night. I had a bad experience this summer with the seralago hotel in Orlando, which has only 2,5* and I'm not willing to repeat that experience. So I'll try to get a 4* in Miami, just trying to get the best rate possible.
  6. I'm trying to bid on a Hotel in South Beach Collins Avenue oceanfront or South Beach Ocean Drive. Dates are 11.29.11 to 12.2.11 I used the free rebiding zones to bid up to 122 $ with no luck so far. I'll try again tomorrow.
  7. The hotel is inside the Atlantic Palace building. There is a second hotel in the building and some owners suites. The hotel has 24 hours security in the Lobby. You can enter and exit to the boardwalk until 11pm, after that you have to use the "front door" in a backstreet, that doesn't look very nice. The parking is 12 $ a day, and is situated in a second building just outside the front door. The parking does not have an elavator and has about 8 floors. In the Lobby there are 2 Computers with internet access, but during my 3 night stay they were always occupied. The personnel was somewhat friendly, but nothing exeptionnel. They offer Coffee, tea and hot cocoa in the mornings at the Lobby. The elevators to the rooms were always packed, so you had to wait to get into one. The room was ok, but somewhat small. It had a little kitchen, with a dishwasher, coffemaker and refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and the towels were very nice and thick. The mirror was small, so you couldn't see yourself fully. Housekeeping was very slow, and often only passed after 5 pm. The restaurant at the hotel is a counter service, fast-food kind of restaurant. They sell all different kinds of food there. It wasn't very appealing to me, so I didn't try it. The hotel has no Casino, so it was very quiet at night. The pool was much smaller in real than it appeared on the pictures, but it seemed to be very clean. All in all the hotel was good value, and nice. The area where the hotel is at: Tha hotel is located at the boardwalk. It is at a short walking distance to the casinos, and the Street Mall. If you continue the boardwalk to the left for about 5 minutes you will be at the Hard rock Cafe that is inside the the Trump Taj Mahal. If you walk down the boardwalk to the right you will hit most of the casinos, and the shops at Ceasar ( those are very nice). The beach was very nice, you can rent umbrellas and beach chairs.
  8. I booked a hotel true HOTWIRE. I searched for a hotel for the dates 7.8.11 - 7.27.11 I looked at a hotel in the Disney-main gate- celebration area. 2 1/2 * smoke free rooms restaurants fitness center laundry facilities pool tennis nearby 31 $ i booked it and as i suspected it is the seralago hotel and suites. i'm really happy with this deal, because it looks like a decent hotel at a great price, that is really close to disney
  9. yes that's correct i prefered to know the name of the hotel before booking
  10. I booked true booking.com i chose the mermaid suite hotel for 538
  11. Just want to update this thread I ended up booking the Bluegreen at Atlantic Palace. I booked true priceline It costs 367 $ for the 3nights. I chose this hotel because we wanted to stay at the boardwalk, and i didn't want to take the risk to end up somewhere else.
  12. Hi could anybody help me identify those 2 hotels: I'm looking at a 3 1/2 * hotel in Atlantic city, Downtown AC area for 27th july to the 30th july 2011. it is priced at 92,00$ a night. the amenities are: smoking free fitness center pool restaurant buisness center high speed internet and it is recommended in 90% of the reviews My guess is the sheraton, but i'm not sure at all. there is an other hotel i'm interested in, because it is in my price range of under 100$ it is a 2* hotel for 74$ a night it's amenities are: near beach pools restaurant high speed internet golf nearby tennis nearby and i have no idea which hotel this could be. thank you for your help.
  13. I read trough the rebidding post as you suggested, and I think I undestand the process. I found one rebidding-zone, wembley. I just want to dobble-check if I'm right before bidding. thank you
  14. I bid 75 $ for a 4* Hotel in London in the area Mayfair and Soho, so far I didn't get lucky, but I'll keep trying and increase the bid in the next days.
  15. I stayed at the Mayfait Hotel and spa, and it was very nice. The hotel is very clean and the personnel was friendly. The room was quite big, there is a bathtube in the bathroom, and a lot of mirrors. I really appriciated the mirrors, because hotels often just have them on one side, so you can't see yourself from every side. The pool at the rooftop was wonderfull, the view is great, and the personnel was very friendly. The only thing that was disapointing was the roomservice, they just serve until 11 pm, that's the same time the restaurant closes. The Metrotrain station is about 20 minutes by foot away, and not that easy to find. I would stay again at the Mayfair, but I would recommend to rent a car. there is a public parking on the next street that only costs 5$ a day.
  16. I got the Mayfair Hotel and Spa on PRICELINE for 100$
  17. I think I would prefer a Hotel in Downtown, because that is closer to south Beach, i want to do some clubbing and shopping, and maybe even go to the beach (if the weather is ok) Hotwire has no downtown hotels in my price range, so I checked HOTWIRE and I found the 4* hotel that you mentioned. Could you help me to identify it Coral Gables-coconut Grove area hotel 109$ a night amenities: smoke free rooms fitness center pool(s) restaurant(s) business center High speed internet access thank you so much, do you think i should keep biding on PRICELINE to get a hotel downtown or southbeach, because i could raise my bid to 120$ ? I used the links provides to start my search
  18. i want to bid on a 4* hotel in south beach ( all 3 areas are ok) or miami beach so far I raised my bid to 107$ but it never got accepted now I wonder if i should proceed trying to get a hotel there, or to try for miami downtown or coral gables. In what price range could i find something there, it seems to me that those areas are cheaper, or am I wrong? thank you for your help and i use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links provided
  19. The amenities of this hotel are: near beach airport shuttle air conditioning 24 hours Front Desk Boutique Hotel Studio Complimentary Breakfast Pool(s) High-speed Internet Access Fully-equipped Kitchen Daily Housekeeping Front Desk Golf Nearby
  20. Thank you. I booked the hotel you proposed for those dates via HOTWIRE and it was the riviera suites. I need an other room from the 4th december until the 9th, also in Miami in one of the areas mentioned before. I'll try to bid on PRICELINE, because the riviera suites dosn't show up on HOTWIRE for those dates. I bid up to 107$ for a 4* hotel, but I wasn't lucky so far, but I will keep trying. (actually I realised that 100$ is a lot less than 100€, so i'm willing to raise my bid) Do you have any tips how to make it work?
  21. I'm trying to bid on a hotel In Miami from the 13th december until the 17th december. I started my bid at 55 $ and raised it up to 89 $ I chose 4* and up in these areas: South Beach-Central South Beach- Collins avenue South Beach- Ocean Drive Miami Beach Coral Gables-Coconut Grove Miami Downtown So far none of my bids was accepted. I set myself a price limit at 100$ How should I proceed to have a bid accepted? Do you think that it is possible to get a 4* hotel at that price?
