Tried bidding several weeks ago - but no luck. Today, decided to try again. $75 for 4* Westminster, rejected. $75 for 4* Kensington Earls Ct, rejected. $80 for 4* Westminster + Kensington Earls Ct, rejected. $85, added Wembly and got an upgrade to 5* Marriott County Hall. Extremely happy about the win. Called my friend whose family will be traveling with us. Walked her through the bidding process for the same dates. She placed a bid for $84 for 4* in Westminster (2 rooms), and won the same hotel.

Bid several times using the link here and bid up to $110 without success. Finally, a win couple of days ago on first try at $90. Sorry I forgot to use the link here on my winning bid.

Bid many times over many days, finally a win at $74. When I submitted a bid at $68, got an offer to raise the price by $20 to win, but rejected offer and continued raising in $2 increments using free bids.

Saw other posters paying $31 & $32 for this hotel. So I went in and bid at $30 and won at first try. Bid using B&B's PRICELINE link.

Took the advice of splitting up my stay. This weekend stay was won couple of weeks ago.

Thanks to the advice and tips given on this board!!! I bid up using many free rebids and got it for $105. Oct 7 -8
