oops, sorry! 4/17 for one night.
Hi, am getting two hotels in Downtown Cleveland -
a 3.5* for $94 with Fitness Center, Business Center, Pool, Laundry (self-service), restaurant, high-speed internet.
a 4* for $189 with Fitness Center, high-speed internet, restaurant, golf, business center.
Is the 4-star the Hyatt? Because the Hotwire rate is only a few $ less than their standard daily rate, I think.
What would that 3.5* be?
Thank you!
And that is what it was, the Hyatt. I'll post the win in a separate thread. Thank you!
Amenities:
Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High-Speed Internet Access, Spa Services
It was listed as $78 but I paid $85 because of the bed option I selected.
Hi, thanks for that info above. I checked again today and now I find this hotel:
4* MagMile/Streeterville
Amenities:
Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High-Speed Internet Access, Spa Services
Any help with this one? Many thanks.
oops, sorry!
the same hotels are still coming up for Mag Mile/Streeterville:
4.5*: Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access
for $117
or 4* :Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access
for $79?
and there is also this 4.5* for North Michigan Ave/Water Tower:
4.5* Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center for $104
Thank you for the help!
Hi, wondering which hotel either of these might be:
*4-1/2: Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access
for $119
or *4 :Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access
for $79?
Both are Mag Mile/Streeterville and I'm familiar with Chicago, so wondering if the 4-1/2 star is worth the extra money for the hotel/location vs. the 4-star?
oh and this is for March 3/4.
thank you!
just wanted to say thank you!! to everyone who makes this site so helpful. I have lurked for a while learning how to use your listings -and today was my first time using the information to make a successful bid, so I wanted to share (and yes I did use your link to HOTWIRE :)).
Got the Inter-Continental in Downtown Milwaukee today for Oct. 7-8 for $75 on Hotwire. Amenities were
Fitness Center
Restaurant(s)
Business Center
High-speed Internet Access.
This was exactly the hotel I wanted so thank you again!

Thank you. I like the Hyatt but that doesn't seem like all that great of a savings, so I had thought maybe it was a different hotel. The Doubletree is not quite in the area of downtown I want to be, so maybe I will wait and see if anything else turns up, or if the Hyatt goes down. :)
