We were looking for a hotel in the Fort Lauderdale area for our pre-cruise. I started bidding on Fort Lauderdale Beach area, and was rejected.

Since we have a rental car, I added Hollywood, FL and was accepted on first bid.

Had a hard time getting a bid accepted for Oct 10th, 2010 in Portland, ME.

I tried Scarborough area first, and bid was rejected. Added Portland West, was rejected.

Bid now for three days, with not much luck. I usually get something on the first or second try.

My first bid was $54, then $58, then $60, and then $62.00

Finally accepted at $62.00 - 3* Portland (Portland-West) Clarion
