Thanks everyone. I had been keeping an eye on the hotwire deal ($128) while bidding on priceline, and ended up taking it since my priceline bids failed. It was the Benson. I'll report it on the hotwire board.

After multiple attempts over the last week with bids starting around $75, was successful by adding the South Waterfront area (searching for 3.5 plus stars). $88/night 3.5 stars Avalon Hotel & Spa My only disappointment is that I can't use any of my frequent flier/hotel points programs with Priceline.
