Well, there are certain brands I like, which is why I included all five options I received. For example, I would prefer to stay in a Holiday Inn Express over a four star hotel in most instances (free wifi and breakfast, compared to having to pay for both; and I've generally had good experiences with HI Express). But if the 2.5 or 2 star options were not likely an HI Express, I would probably go with one of the higher starred hotels - again depending on brand.
