Hi, we ended up not staying this weekend.
We needed a cheap room in Orlando for Presidents Day weekend 2016 for a gymnastics meet. I chose this one because it pretty much told me what it was and Trip Adviser gave it 4 out of 5.
The main identifier is the $4 a night resort fee. I looked over a span of 3 days and the Maingate listings changed a lot (or so it seemed, there were many). I saved $40 over Trip Adviser's rate.

Any idea what this could be? I looked through Trip Advisor and didn't see a match. I am trying to see if it is a smoke free building. A lot of times I book on hotwire and that isn't mentioned. Then when I go to the hotel site it says it is.

I was a little worried that I would get the La Quinta (we have stayed there before it is gross).
Sevierville rooms are very overpriced so $49 was a good deal I think.
The best part, 100% Non Smoking!

Just wanted to share. Started at $47 in Arlington 4* only and rebid in $5 increments until $62 then had to add another zone that actually had 4*s. Added white house area, bid $70 and got it :)
