Boston areas were too expensive, so I picked this area and am willing to drive into/out of city

I added Zone 3 then got this bid, I feel like I could've gotten deal @ $50 based upon other forums. Anyways, good deal overall I think

Wanted a 4* with indoor/outdoor pool and didn't want to spend more than $120 per night for 2night/3day family trip to go sightseeing the DC area and Luray Caverns. Didn't mind a bit of travel into the city since this area is closer to the cave we were planning on visiting, basically located sort of b/n the DC area and Luray. Also, free parking is a def. bonus since even parking in a DC-area hotel can be expensive. The only 4* areas were Zone1 and Zone5
First bid, $100, Zone1( Dulles North - Herndon - Reston), Rejected
Second bid, $105, Zone1 + Zone5(Leesburg - Ashburn West), Accepted !!
Thus, I didn't have to use other areas to bid up to my originally planned budge of $120.
