Got this winning bid for the Doubletree Hotel Anaheim/Orange County at $48.00 The bid just prior to that was at $45.00. Update: Someone else just made a bid for the same dates and got the same property for $47.00. The bid was unsuccessful at $46.00.
Started bidding at $45.00 as I know someone who got a winning bid for the same property and dates at $53.00. FYI: For those looking to stay at the Hyatt on 4-30-05, their website shows that there is no availablity that day. Check with Hyatt.com before you bid.
I like this hotel. Parking was $12.00 a day on my previous stay there a couple of months ago, however. I started bidding at $34.00 and got it at my fourth attempt at $45.00. ($34, 38, 41, 45 - IIRC)
