Started bidding two days ago at $130, used 4 free rebids and still was rejected going up in $10 increments up to $170. Decided to wait a few days. Tried again today, and WON. Very happy with this property as I've heard the rooms were recently renovated. Started bidding today at $130, counter offer was $168, I declined, then went back and used free rebids at $135, $140, $145, and finally won at $150. Cheapest rate on their website was $309/night!!

Its just too risky. We need a balcony and two beds. I could end up getting the Shelbourne on Hotwire, or the Tides on Priceline and neither have balconies. I may end up booking directly on a hotel website. The Hyatt Confidante has rates in the high 200s and I can guarantee to be on the beach and have the bed/balcony we need.
Once a decision is made, either way, I will repost.
