First tried 24 and 1 star at North Jackson , rejected so I added the airport, and 27. accepted, 37.26 with taxes. I have been trying continually for a couple of weeks, gave up for a couple of days, and now that it's 3 days away it worked.

First tried 3 1/2 * at $39 and got rejected, so I went for 3 * 36 and got this hotel, 43.43 with taxes per night for this stay. I'm pretty happy, I used the PRICELINE link on this bid this time. I did another bid May 24, didn't read much more on this site than the list of hotels, using $10 for 4 days PRICELINE money they emailed me, and ended up at $42.44 with taxes for 7/16-7/23. Couldn't get a better deal then after extending my stay for $41/night. Looks like right now 3 * at pdx is the Red Lion.
