It's a Time Share building that also has hotel room rentals Very convenient right near Carnegie Hall and Morton WIlliams grocery and take-out.

I just booked one night at the Hotel Delta for $89. Taxes were $22.21, total $111.21 Amenities are Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, High-speed Internet, Spa Services and Children's Activity Program. We enjoyed this hotel about 10 years ago when our kids were little. Now they're teenagers and I'm sure they'll appreciate it again.

Thanks so much for posting this win. I was able to match up the attributes and booked the same deal (Parker Meridien at $159 per night) for May 27-29. I was determined to spend less than $200 per night, and this hotel seems much nicer than the hotel I had previously reserved for this stay.
