My goal is a 5 star hotel with two double beds in each room. Neither Price nor location on the strip is the ultimate issue, but being able to fit 5 people (2 adults and 3 teens) is the goal.

Trying to Identify a hotel on Hotwire. Need rooms with double beds so I typed in 4 people on hotwire. Got the following information: 5-star Hotel in North Strip - Fashion Show Mall area $100 Night Free Internet Free parking Fitness center Pet friendly Pool(s) Resort Restaurant(s) Smoke-free rooms Spa services TripAdvisor 4.5 Hotwire 90 percent recommended resort fee of $33 night It does not say casino, which makes me think it is the Trump, but I didn't know the Trump had rooms with double beds. Can anyone help?

I tried "name your own price" at $125 with no luck.

4.5* Disney Maingate West-Omni Resort at Championsgate $98/night I have stayed at this resort several times and have really enjoyed our stay. I used PRICELINE EXPRESS to choose room with double beds. Remember with this resort there is a resort fee (I think it is $30/night) but all in it is good value.

If I assume my only bet to assure that I get enough beds is to use Hotwire, how likely is it that I will get a better deal on my day of departure Dec. 27th or December 26. Is there any strategy I could employ on Priceline? Assuming my goal is anywhere between Central Park South and the Financial district and my star level is 3.5 or above, what hotels could I expect. I am looking for a bidding strategy for New York 12/27-12/31. Prefer Central Park South down to Chelsea areas but am amenable to other. 3.5 stars or better. I have 2 adults and 3 children. Is it possible to get 1 room that works on Priceline or Hotwire? If I get two rooms, can I make sure at least one has double bed? Thanks

I bid several times and finally won auction for 2 rooms in Las Vegas. Unlike any other time I have used PRICELINE, the hotel emailed a confirmation. It indicated a room rate of $100/$120 per night as opposed to the $150 I paid with PRICELINE. Anyone know what this means? :)
