  1. We will be visiting the U od A campus and bid on the Tucson central area 3.5 star for 9/03 for one night. Starting bid on PRICELINE was $45.00 then $55.00 then $75.00 finally won at $90.00 for the Marriott Tucson University Park total with taxes $111.47. The total for the AAA rate was $157.75 Not bad considering it is the start of a holiday weekend. This Marriott is located at the main gate of the campus and exactely what I wanted. HOTWIRE had a 3.5* for $55.00 but it appeared to be the Sheraton. Thanks for the tools to figure it out. :)
  2. Bid for Boulder 3.5* for 4/2 for 1 night at $50.00 was rejected. Was wanting the Marriott. Bid again and changed it to 2.5* for $50.00 hoping for the Best Western Boulder Inn and got it Room Cost (avg. per room, per night): $50.00 (USD) Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 1 Room Subtotal: $50.00 (USD) Taxes and Fees: $12.98 (USD) Total Room Cost: $62.98 (USD)
  3. HI does anyone know if you can bid for a 1 room queen suite at the Hyatt Regency Disneyland? I called the hotel and they do have this type of room available for AAA rate of $148.00 per night for 4/08/08-4/10/08. This type of room sleeps 6. Any advise on bidding for this? Thanks Jo
  4. HI does anyone know if you can get a 1 room queen suite on priceline at the Hyatt Regency Orange County? Or do they only offer standard rooms? I called the hotel and they have this type of room available for 4/08/08 for 2 nights with a AAA rate of $148.00 per night. This room has 2 queen beds a sofa sleeper and sleeps 6. I would rather have this than 2 rooms. Any advise? Thanks Jodi
  5. Hi I won my first bid of $160.00 and it was accepted. I used Priceline.com name your price. I bid on the Wailea area, Resort level, for check in 11/17 for 2 nights. I was awarded The Renaissance Wailea (Marriott) On Priceline.com the rate is showing $329.00 and $355.00 for the Wailea Marriott. I was happy with this as the Wailea Marriott is under construction and I heard it is very noisy! :) Hotel: Renaissance Wailea Beach Resort 3550 Wailea Alanui Dr Wailea Maui, Hawaii 96753 United States 808-879-4900 Check-In Date: Friday, November 17, 2006 Check-Out Date: Sunday, November 19, 2006 Your Offer Price: $160.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 2 Subtotal: $320.00 Taxes and Service Fees: $49.80 Total Charges: $369.80
  6. Hello everyone, I did send a question to priceline customer service regarding that on the packages feature that there are resorts in Kihei, but when you look at the bidding screen for hotels there are no Kihei resorts, and that we were wanting the Prince. I never got a response back from priceline. We ended up booking a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo at the Maui Kamaole Resort from a private owner from VRBO B214 as we did not want one of the Marriott's due to the construction going on. Jodi
  7. Aloha, I just found out that the Maui Prince offers kamaania rates ( this is local rate with Hawaii DL ) which would be $168.00 per night. I was also wondering if anyone knew about the Grand Wailea if it is one of the hotels offered? I will you posted. jodi
  8. Hi Thank you for all the information. :) The Maui Prince is the one of the last Resort Hotels that you come to in the Wailea/Makena area. The beeach in front is great for turtles. The dates needed are June 27th 2005 for 3 nights. I will try to contact PL and she what they say. Thank you again for your quick response. :)
  9. Hello everyone, Does anyone know if the Maui Prince is shown on Priceine as a Resort or a 4 star? Also do you have to book car package to get the Maui Prince? I do not want the Wailea Marroitt as it will be under construction starting in April. Thanks for any advise.
