Hmmm....I don't remember exactly what amenities were listed on the PRICELINE EXPRESS site....I think it was free internet and free parking. Breakfast was definitely not included. And I think it was a guest rating of 8.0 if that helps.

Nice hotel, though a bit pricey. None of my other bids for surrounding areas were being accepted, so went with this Express Deal. Total after taxes/fees: $102.35 As as always, used the Priceline link on this site.

Instead of taking a 2nd night at this hotel at the same $57 rate of my previous priceline hotel win, I bid for a 2-1/2* at $42...and got the same 3* Hilton Garden Inn at that rate. Total w/ taxes & fees: $56.37

Bids from $45 through $52 were all rejected over the course of several days. Also failed to land 2-1/2* bids ranging from $40 - 50. Finally hit this one with a bid of $57. $74.11 after taxes/fees

After several attempts from $50 to $65, and adding Vanderbilt and West Nashville areas, finally landed this hotel at the $70 level. Regular rate on the Priceline site is $111/night. Total charge: $219.00 Purchased this room using your PRICELINE link, for a Thanksgiving trip. Germantown is not one of the zones in your pull-down list for zones.

Bid $55 on a 2-1/2 star for Gainesville (University), hoping to avoid the 3* Paramount (after reading some poor reviews). Got the Paramount anyway. Room Subtotal: $55.00 Taxes & Fees: $13.96 Total Charged to Card: $68.96 NOTE! There is an additional $2.50 "Amenities Fee" that will be charged when you check in! This fee covers things on a list that the front desk flashes at you as you walk in...such things as parking, business center, Wi-Fi, pool, and 70 cable channels were some of the things on that list that I can remember. One of the reviews on Priceline mentioned "flying ants"....I've already encountered one of those in the room. Other than that, the room seems ok so far. And as always, used the PRICELINE link on this site!

Just wanted to add that the regular rate on Priceline was listed at $99/night -- same as the holidayinn.com rate.

Oh, I should add that the regular Priceline rate for the room listed at $87, and the quoted rate over the phone was $110! The receptionist at the front desk was amazed at the price I got - she said that it was just slightly more than her employee rate! So I introduced her to betterbidding.com as well! :)

Very nice room. Hotel is on the 'northern end' of town, it's a bit of a walk to the Historic Area (about a mile). But nice facility, friendly staff. Wireless Internet is included. Hotel has a restaurant; breakfast is not included with the room. I did not dine during my stay there. Overall, good value! (and yes, I always use the Priceline and HOTWIRE links at the top! :) )

Hotel has recently undergone a renovation, still shows a few indications of the construction. Very friendly staff, nice facility. Overall, great value!

Nice place, very clean and comfortable. Fitness room had weight station, treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent exercycle. There are several large conference room/meeting halls. Breakfast buffet was nicely stocked, adjacent to a larger-than-average dining area. All in all, one of the Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at.
