Looks like a good rate for a Hyatt - $163.20 all in for two nights.  I had expected this to be the Hyatt since in the amenities free parking was included and few of the other 4 star hotels in the area included free parking.  The Senior/AARP rate would have been $201.36, so there was a $38 savings.

Have not stayed here before, but am satisfied with price. Was hoping it would be Hyatt Place where I have stayed. Was rated 90% satisfaction. The four star was rated 65% satisfaction and priced 75% higher.

Hotel was very nice. Shuttle service runs 24/7 every 20 minutes and was very convenient.

First bid at $55 ($71.68 AI) accepted for Houston Sheraton North. Not a bad price in my opinion for a Monday night.

Room was very nice. Front desk personnel have an attitude - big time. Other staff were pleasant. Pool requires crossing the hotel entrance drive and is not the least bit private. Trolley is very convenient to get to downtown and Beale street. The room is 3.5 star, the hotel is not.

The Clarion has a rather nice indoor pool and jacuzzi and the bed is VERY comfortable with a really nice comforter. At the price I got, the room is a good value.

That said, this is definitely NOT a 3 Star hotel. The Hotwire website says Radisson and Doubletree are examples of the three star hotels, and I have not stayed at a Radisson or Doubletree that would be comparable to this hotel - the Radissons and Doubletrees DEFINITELY being a LOT nicer. The room has an outside entrance, is very small, the carpet is loose and has "lumps" and the television is an old one with a really poor picture.

Bid $75 for 4 star San Antonio Riverwalk hotel the night of 18 October and got the Marriott San Antonio Plaza 555 South Alamo Street. It was my first bid, so I might have done better. I am a regular visitor to San Antonio and familiar with this hotel and it's location - this is a very good price. The triple A rate was $179 plus tax.

This was the Crowne Plaza Hollywood Beach Sian Resort. I made the purchase - I apologize for not being more concise. The room is outstanding, very large and with an ice box. There is a 7-11 about 50 yards from the hotel that is a real convenience, the pool is beautiful, alongside the canal. I could not determine the amenities, although I did try.

Nights of 21 and 22 August, $73 per night, $84.45 all in and $168.90 total for two nights.

Booked 3 Star HOTWIRE $49 plus $11.76 tax and fees room at PBI for night of 20 August at Holiday Inn Palm Beach Arpt-Conf. Center. We arrive near midnight and will be checking out by 7:00 am so purpose was limited. PRICELINE rejected 3 Star $40 bid for same night and location - enterred $43 with inclusion of Central Palm Beach and this was rejected also.
