I'm sorry, I just checked on this and the amentities aren't listed on my reservation; however, I will report that for the money it is a great deal. I did ask for a room on the 4th floor as recommended by another guest and found that the balcony overlooking the garden and water feature was lovely (even on New Year's weekend with a temperature of 70 degrees when we left this morning). They did not have anything special going on in the hotel for New Years. We did not use room service nor did we use the restaurant. You do have access to an indoor pool, spa by traveling about a mile, but we chose not to do this. This was a great location for visiting Chapel Hill. Southern Seasons is just across the way and the food/wine selection there is nice for a great snack meal in your hotel room. Check in was quick and the front was very courteous. I did find that the people that checked out in front of me were using Priceline and they have the same room for $50 where I paid $59. :)

:) Bought tickets for New Years to see UNC. Started looking at hotels in Chapel Hill. Found the Sheraton for $79 was cheapest rate after searching. Decided to check betterbidding where I found it listed as a potential option. I did the search on Hotwire and got this hotel for $59. Saving me $$$ to spend while there. Thanks for your help.

I used the advice on this board and also got a winning bid for $55 per night at this property. Our room was 710 and we were overlooking the Vandy Football Field. My husband loved that. The down side is that parking isn't free. (self is $14 per day and valet $18 per day) We ordered room service for 9:15 am and it arrived at 10:15 am. They removed the charges from my account because it took so long. We finally called and told them to cancel our order if they hadn't already cooked it as we were ready to go out for the day. This is a nice location with P.F. Changs, a bookstore, some shops, more restaurants, etc. in close proximity. This isn't close to Opry Mills or the Grand Old Opry if that is what you are going to Nashville for, but wasn't a bad drive to the attractions. :)

:) Valentine's Day Weekend, wanted a getaway with my sweetheart. Landed the Marriott in Spartanburg (one hour from home) for $45 per night. Tried 3* in Greenville for $40 and didn't get bid. Tried $40 in Greenville and Spartanburg for $40 per night with no luck. So upped bid to $45 and got this beautiful hotel with great staff. It really isn't close to mall or restaurants, but is close to Converse College and Spartanburg Auditorium. Felt it was a great deal about 5 miles from interstate. Would be a great conference location.
