Headed to downtown Vancouver with my wife to sight see for a couple days before our flight back to Atlanta. Would love to stay in the Coal Harbor area, but after glancing at hotels in the area everything is sold out or prices through the roof. We don't generally use most of the amenities at the 4*+ hotels, but a comfortable bed and nice rooms draw us there. Just trying get an ideaish which of a couple the hotels are to make sure I could live with any of them and that they are close to where we want to be. Really tough to ID on priceline express. Also one on hotwire that I think I have IDed, but am not sure.

I decided to book through Sundial Boutique hotel's website for the dates listed above as it was cheaper than my options though hotwire or Priceline and I was dealing with a known quantity. Thanks for your help!
Thanks for your help. Struggling to make a decision. My wife has now nixed Village north and wants something that she can walk to the lifts in her boots. Decisions decisions...
1. Pan Pacific Mountainside
2. Westin
3. Fairmont
I keep getting a better sense of the lay of the land. Being walkable to lifts and having a kitchenette would be nice hence the first 2 choices.
I'd love to spend less than $165-175 per night, but for the Fairmont, Westin, Pan Pacific I would pay more and be happy as long as I knew that I was in a good location and had nice accommodations. Especially with breakfast included. I try to use Priceline over Hotwire b/c 2-3 times Hotewire did not pay the hotel and I was charged by the hotel until they received payment for the hotel and then the hotel removed it from my credit card.

Spending a handful of days in Whistler on 4/9-14. Only a few hotels in each area, but I think they have changed since the list was updated. Not looking to be a part of the festival that weekend or stay with the partying crowds, but want easy walkable access to Whistler Village and the slopes. Could I get some help IDing properties?

Looking to stay in Asheville on 2/19-2/22 with my wife for a long weekend. Lots of downtown hotels booked or with higher than normal prices. Goal is to be downtown and walkable at night. 2 options appear on Hotewire, neither fit the options on the hotel lists. Looking for some help on IDing the two possible choices. Looked at Tunnel Hill and appeared close, but not walkable.

I thought the ability to positively ID it was better than the $204 4* Hotel. Thanks for the help
3.5* Hotel Max

I have reviewed those. I noted the resort and was concerned about a possible resort fee at a place that clearly is not a resort.
I think I have waited a little too long...

Sorry, the HOTWIRE zone was Queen Anne/Belltown area on the one you asked.
Decided to stay with the official race hotel and just add a night at a higher rate. That looks to be a good option, just not convenient enough. Thank you!
My wife and I are heading to Seattle after the Portland Marathon on 10/6-10/11.
We are looking 3.5-4* (and 3* with excellent reviews) with total 900-1150 total with tax at downtown locations both the CC/CH/RD and QA/BT/SC/SN, but would like to only bid if fairly confident we would be in the Belltown area (and the other downtown if we were positive it were Pike place and not by the stadiums.
I know it is a lot of demand without knowing the hotels...
I've been following a few and trying to make my guess, but I'm not sure... If I can get a better idea so I know we'll be in convenient walkable areas not deserted at night that is a good base point I will pull the trigger.
The 4 stars are higher than I want to pay right now, but if one creeps under $200 and we think we have a shot a a king size bed we will strongly consider it. So far, no luck.
3* Downtown PP/Stadiums/FD $172 (but moving b/t 132-172 all week)

Free Internet, Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Wheelchair accessible, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower
And a few others in QA/BT/SC/SN that aren't up now, but have gone up and down for the last few days...

My wife an I are currently booked at the Portland Hilton and Exec. Tower during the Portland Marathon, but are having trouble adding at our 207 marathon rate until Tuesday morning. Looking at Hot.wire for 10/2-10/6 and found a 4*. Trying to ID to ensure it is easily walkable to marathon start (Salmon & 4th) and a step up in comfort from the Hilton.
4* Downtown Portland 100% recommended, boutique, business center, fitness center, internet access, pet friendly, restaurant, accessible path of travel, in-room accessibility, accessible bathroom.
Thanks for the help!
For a $150 dollars difference for the stay over 3 nights, I chose to take a chance on the Loop district. May not be the most romantic place, but the savings buys a nice dinner! Thanks for the help!
I think the Omni, James, Wydndam all sound good. We don't generally take advantage of the features with the 4* and 5* when we are there, but a nice comfortable bed and the ambience is always great. The Hard rock is really attractive for the price, but my concern is if it isn't the hard rock we may sacrifice location.
Again, I appreciate everything.
I would happily pay those prices, but would have accepted whatever I got bidding low on priceline. In the end, I want the best hotel I can get for the $ that will be a great place to introduce Chicago to my wife for the 1st time. The options keep changing with different amenities and I am not sure the location on the hotels I am considering booking. I very much appreciate all of the help.
Thanks you for your help! Decided to reevaluate this afternoon and made a 5* bid on priceline for 5* in the Michigan Avenue area. No luck, followed by a 4.5 *bid in the same area rejected at $153. Not shocking as both are below what I would expect to be accepted. Back to Hotwire.
Current options are below with a few unidentified hotels. With the price difference ranging $30-40/night if we see something cheaper that with tax is a few hundred dollars we would consider as we really won't use the amenities at the hotel, but location and a plush bed are always appreciated.

My wife and I are traveling to Chicago for our 1st anniversary from 8/7-8/10. Trying to find 4 or 4.5*, but if good reviews a 3.5* would be ok. Primarily would like to be in River North or Millennium Mile, but if I had a clue of the hotel we would be okay with other downtown areas with a goal of spending $160-190/night. Looking on Hotwire and Priceline. Can anyone help me with these hotels listen.
