Cleverduck--I concur with you. In this electronic age, it is rediculous that the resort fee is not factored in. Plus, those locations that charge $10 to $12 per day. Just ask, do you need parking, and bid it that way a room plus one parking space for $X dollar. Or some hotels in the area have resort fees, what is your bid for the room plus the resort fess $XXX. If one hotel has a $10.00 resort fee and another $3.00, you might stay at the latter hotel. Thus, Priceline does a disservice to the hotels with the lowest all in cost with a lower resort fee. Plus, it upsets a lot of its customers. It is easy enough to fix. Hope Priceline and Hotwire get the message and change this bidding with resort fees and parking.
