  1. Used BetterBidding. Tried 65, 68, 72 and finally won at my limit of 75. Crown Plaza is only 3.5 star hotel in Lake Oswego - Tigard area and many other areas only go up to 3 stars. So you can add areas knowing you won't get a hotel there basically increasing your bid for the one hotel you want. This is spring break week and it is hard to get deals.
  2. Tried $68 first, then $72 for win. Used the PRICELINE link at BetterBidding.com for bid.
  3. Tried $68 first, then $72 for win. Used BetterBidding.com PRICELINE link to bid.
  4. I frequently stay here for this winning bid of $60. Very convenient to airport.
  5. I use BetterBidding and Priceline to stay at this hotel frequently. There are only two 3.5 star hotels at the airport. This and the Embassy Suites. Almost always it is the Sheraton that you get through Priceline. You can tell because it has all non-smoking rooms. Hotwire wanted $71 for a 3.5 star all non-smoking hotel at PDX. I bid $60 and it was accepted. Thanks BetterBidding.
  6. Bid on 3.5 star at YVR airport at $69. Rejected and offered free second bid at $89. Tried a bid at $79 and was rejected. Rebid at $89 and was accepted. This is actually a 4* property but I bid for 3.5 stars. Used PRICELINE link BB.
  7. This Hotel features the following amenities: Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Tennis Nearby
  8. Two rooms for 7/7/2011 one night at $134 per room plus tax and fees totaling $154 per room. Hotel is Sheraton downtown. I used the Better Bidding HOTWIRE links to make the reservation.
  9. Bid not accepted at $55 was accepted at $60. Didn't do as well as previous poster. Used BB links for bid.
  10. Please explain how you got 7 bids for this location. I would like to try also for this hotel in May. Thanks, Fred
  11. Maybe this is too late to help you, but last summer I booked 3.5 star at PDX entrance for $49 and it was the Embassy Suites. I found the entire experience excellent. The suite has a bedroom and living room with 2 TV's. The room was quite in spite of the closeness to the airport and it was clean. There is a complementary cooked to order breakfast and a complementary cocktail hour where the drinks are free but there are very limited snacks. I am going back in May 2010 and hope that I get the Embassy Suites again. ProfNY
