Attempt $40 for Raleigh Downtown and Raleigh failed. Then Priceline offered $48 deal, I rejected the offer and bid again for $43. Successfully got Holiday Inn Raleigh North for $43 per night. $107.68 with all the fees. Used the PRICELINE link provided. Thanks!!
