well after some 30min discussion we were parted in our opinions if in or out - well lets call it borderline HOWEVER the same hotel was available on some german tour operator websites for equivalant 62 USD all in hence I got the 25 USD Best rate guarantee and am around 37 Dollars in now which makes this hotel a "deal" in the end - so never mind

Did not see that hotel price overnight dropped to 49 USD at first. Bid 45 usd AND hoped for holiday inn resort lake buena vista. however my bid was initially accepted for the clarion Lake Buena Vista. I payed: 109.80 Priceline official total was: 109.78 SO I payd 2 cents more than the normal price called priceline and they immediately understood my concern for having overpaid and offered to lower to min bid in system which is 29 USD Got some 25 USD on top for next bidding!
