I see Alexis Park Resort rate is $69 while others range above $100 in the 3* range. also it seems possible to get Rumor Boutique Hotel as a 3* ($65) Hyatt Place $119 Embassy Suite $149 Residence Inn $169 Holiday Inn (no available rooms for the date) And the median Retain Price for the 3* in the zone comes out $69 in Name Your OWn Price what are my chances not to get Alexis Park Resort/ Rumor? what strategy is needed to bid... it'd be great to get some help! thannks
hi i'm trying to get between 3.5 and 2.5 star hotel in tysons corner/falls church area 10/26~10/30 (4nights) i tried many times with free rebid zones up to $50 but couldn't i checked the hotel rates from 10/27 to 30 is relatively cheap as weekend rate so is it better to bid for 10/27-10/30 ? and 10/26 night separately ? (don't mind different hotels) or it doesnt really matter to bid my original dates researched 2.5 star towneplace suites falls church rates from 10/27-10/30 is $79 (tried up to $45, didn't work) 3.5 star westin tysons corner rates from 10/28-10/30 is $89 (tried upto $50) also some 3 star hotels from 10/27-10/30 rates are from $70's/ $80 other area - Fairfax area 3 star Hyatt Fair Fax at Fair Lakes rate is $62 from 10/27-10/30 i tried upto $38 but didn't work.. i thought bid on 60% price was good enough what'd be the best strategy to get the lowest deal for my trip? it'd be great to get your advise thanks!
There are two 4star hotels and only one 3.5 star hotel. Is it possible to get same hotel since there's only one in 3.5 star? I want to try, 4stars too, I know I can bid up to 8 rooms , so I should try separately. Any suggestions, ideas?

originally wanted hyatt summerfield but afraid that same zone has courtyard which costs $15 for parking so i avoid 3* and lowered the level $35 rejected added zone $37 accepted Free Parking Free Breakfast Free Internet $91.72 (USD) Total $45 a day very happy! :) Thanks!
1. $60 with 4 star 2. Got counter offer by $17 but, turned away and 3. $54 with 3.5star' 3/14~3/15 total of $68.44 got Sheraton Suites!!!!!! That was what I really wanted, so I'm very happy thank you so much BB now I only need LA downtown or beach area cheap hotel without pricey parking fee.. any recommendation?
