The dates I am looking at are March 20 and 21, 2010. I agree that Hotwire would be the way to go here. Unfortunately, Hotwire has no 4* category for Banff for those dates. I definitely do not want to go 3* (or even 3 1/2 *) as there are certain Banff 3*s I would not stay at. Guess I'll just keep checking Hotwire to see if a 4* category shows up for those dates. I want to bid on a 4* in Banff for March 20 and 21. PRICELINE's regular price list shows the Banff Park Lodge as a 4*, available for $119. I don't want to stay there as it's not comparable to the other 4*s listed. I'm concerned that a bid might be accepted for BPL. Is this possible if I bid more than $119? Interestingly, on the HOTWIRE - Canada forum, BPL is shown as a 3*. BPL is also a 3* most everywhere else on the internet. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
