Please help me identify 4.5* Duck Key 6/21 - 6/23 $208. The only amenities listed are: Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower I was thinking it had to be Hawk Cay because of the star rating but why the limited amenity listing and there is no resort fee indicated? I followed your advice and this is what I came up with: I went up to $87 per night for 4* at Dupont/Woodley and that was rejected. Next I tried the 4* at Downtown/White House and Convention Center/Capital Hill. I got the Grand Hyatt Washington for $80 per night. Congratulations, you got your price of $80 for a 4-star hotel room. Hi, I am looking to book 2 rooms in DC for 3 nights starting on Friday April 8th. I am not very familiar with the area but it looks like most suggest the Dupont Circle area. I was hoping to get a 3.5* or 4* hotel somewhere between $50-80 per night. We are coming for the Cherry Blossom Festival so we would be open to other areas based on recommendations. Please offer some bidding advice. What is the recommended starting bid price for that time of the year? Are there any bidding strategies you would offer? I really appreciate the help. Thanks!
