Headed to Waikiki April 2, 2012 - April 8, 2012. Want to stay at the Moana Surfrider(Banyon building) at least the last two nights (4/6-4/8), so I will pay all the money and book that direct, unless I really make out with Priceline. For the other nights 4/2-4/6, I am looking to get the best price for a Resort on Waikiki beach. It seems like the Sharaton Waikiki is the most common one to come up at around $120 per night. What would be my best bidding strategy? Thanks, TikiGoon

I used the Orbitz link and booked the Holiday Inn Express is available for $129/nite. Used coupon code WELCOME10 for 10% off, bringing my cost down to $115.10. After you add the tax on it is about $130 which will work for this trip. Thanks, TikiGoon

I would like to stay below $120 after fees and taxes.

Heading up to Vancouver to visit some friends and maybe see some Olympic events, but flying out of BLI Tuesday morning and wanted to stay near the airport. (BLI) I noticed that the only 3* is the Best Western Lakeway Inn. I have seen winning bids for $60-85, but with the Olympics right across the border I am betting my bid has to be higher. Orbitz is listing it for $179 that night. I will be sure to use the PRICELINE link when I book.
