Started at $50 for 3* in the Bradley Airport area, rejected. Added the Enfield area and stayed at $50 for 3*, rejected. Dropped star level to 2.5* and raised bid to $55, accepted.
Bid $40 for 3* in Decatur/Northlake, came up empty. Added Norcross and raised my bid to $45, got the Hilton Atlanta Northeast in Norcross, 5993 Peachtree-Industrial Blvd.
