  1. Aaron, or anyone that could help! I have a question, as you know from the above I completed a reservation for 9/25-9/26 and that is completely fine but I just found out I would have to extend my stay. I tried to do it as usual and extend the offer for a night through priceline but it would not allow me and so in panic I bid for that second night at a price of $40, (9/26-9/27) and won the same hotel. Do you believe the hotel will allow me to stay in the same room? or will i actually have to move? Did i do a bad move?
  2. Your Offer Price Per Room, Per Night: $45.00 Subtotal: $45.00 Taxes & Fees: $14.19 Total Charges*: $59.19 Thanks and I used our PRICELINE site (how do I link?@?@?)
  3. LOL, i know what you are implying but I dont think a majority of the posters here are of that age group to be up at those hours, if you find yourself in this category I advise Atlantic City street walking at these hours is dangerous and an invitation to crime.
  4. thereuare i just want you to know i am a seton hall fan and some small part of me hates you LOL
  5. It is 5 dollars a stay not a day if you are a gold member. Pretty decent if you ask me.
  6. Told you calling the hotel was a better idea LOL! I used to work in the hotel business and a stay like that is basically a giant gift to the hotel and usually they are willing to accomodate at much better rates than what is posted. Granted will that rate stand in a one on one match with our PRICELINE the answer is most likely not, but it will be reasonable enough knowing with a peace of mind that it is a specific hotel. I must warn you though these rate drops typically only happen with long stays so I do not suggest bartering with the front desk for a two night stay lol!
  7. Complimentary, originally when I called the hotel I was told I was destined to be in a harbour room (there basic, old standard room). But when I checked in they placed me in the Waterfront which is generally a 150 dollar stay even on a weekday. I have read it happens often and if not but your courteous enough to the front desk person you may even ask for one (sans Trip advisor). I may book again sometime and I will let you know if upgrades is a common occurence or the hotel was just being nice to me!
  8. Hi all! Just figured i would respond to my original inquiry, my gf and I stayed at Harrahs that night and we were upgraded into the waterfront suites (very nice with whirpool room) and overall had a great time ( i won a whole amount of 50 dollars!! LOL). My suggestion would be if you can get a weekday bid at any hotel resort they are quick to upgrade as few people are staying at the resorts/casinos during the week and you will receive a better quality stay at the hotel due to the rooms/noise/buffets are more manageable for the hotel without the heavy traffic on the weekends.
  9. In all honesty for that kind of extended stay, you may want to call the hotel? perhaps they can give you a special rate? I mean you are providing business there for a month. I will research the influx of prices over your dates, this may be why your initial bids did not get a reaction.
  10. Got it on 2nd bid after adding Vineville as a rezone. I have to say i was happy because it is nice weather that day but after reading some reviews on this place I am kinda scared lol, does anyone have a vote of confidence for me?? Thanks!
  11. Sorry about not following up, I genuinely forgot! As for this hotel I think because of the absolutely horrible reviews we have read concerning the four stars in both areas we may just skip to a bed and breakfast.
  12. How rude of me that I forgot to follow up with this, thanks to the recommendations we got the White House - Downtown 1515 Rhode Island Avenue Nw, Washington, District Of Columbia 20005, for a bid of $70 from March 6, 2010 to the 10th. We used the PRICELINE link..
  13. Hi Guys just wondering if any of you had an inkling as to what the 4* could be in Stowe? I am torn between trying for the 4 star in essex junction (the inn at essex) or this one, what do you think this 4 star could be?? Would like to see what you guys think. I am attempting to book a room for the dates 6/20-6/27, need a vacation, i have used your PRICELINE link and I love this site.
  14. Hi All!, New to Washington Area and as a tourist which area would be best for staying? I apologize deeply if i am posting in the wrong part of the forums. I would like to be relatively close to all the attractions, would downtown be a safer bet or capitol hill? Thank you so very much!
