I took the counter-offer. I was not aware that you can usually under-cut the counter-offer. Oh well, I'll know for next time :)

Century Plaza Hotel and Spa . I started bidding at $70 and kept adding zones that don't offer 4* hotels.. When I got to $122 they offered a counter bid of $137. I booked this hotel on 1/13.

I'm a little late for posting this trip also.. I started bidding for this one for $100, and adding zones that don't have a Resort. When I got to $150, priceline gave me a counter bid of $175..

You are correct.. The complete list has Resort, Beachfront, Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, Spa Services, Children's Activity Program, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Business Center. By the way, this is a fantastic site! I've used this to book 4 hotels this month and I was happy with all.. I will update the other locations (Miami Beach and Los Angeles) with my other wins..
