I have tried bids of $12 and $14 that have been rejected. HOTWIRE price is $27. Hotwire has a bunch of January and February dates for $13 dollars for mid and full sized. Do car prices tend to go down as the date approaches or is SF in May a time when most of the Cars will be sold out. Since the trip isn't for awhile my current plan is to continue bidding in the 12 and 14 range. Any advice on past trends in the area and the best strategy would be appreciated.
Checked here first before bidding and saw successful bids around the same time for $60 Started bidding at $55 which was rejected, added the Marina Bid $60 was accepted at the Best Western Tuscan Inn Great site here.
