Holiday Inn Wall St. The lowest average daily price for those days that I found at the standard travel sites, including the ICS company site, was $164/night. My original bid of $80 for a 3* was rejected, but PL "counter-offered", saying I could add $22 ($102 total) for a successful bid. But, instead of taking them up on that, I re-bid $89, adding the UWS zone which has no 3* hotels (making it a re-bid for the original zone without the 72 hour wait).
