  1. Bid started @ $90 at Riverside District. Mods, please add Conrad Centennial to the Priceline hotel list as this is a new 5* hotel in Riverside Singapore. Could have been slightly lower as the date in question- Mar 26, is fully booked in most hotels (as I'm booking it pretty late and it's a peak season there). Below are details of bid: Room Cost (avg. per room, per night): $90.00 (USD) Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 2 Room Subtotal: $180.00 (USD) Taxes and Fees: $41.08 (USD) Total Room Cost: $221.08 (USD)
  2. Won at $75 bid (tried $74 but not accepted). 2 nights including Priceline service charges and hidden fees = US$175.74. Hotel Jen is now added to the 4* West Hong Kong list so goodbye Courtyard Marriott. Due to peak season (post Chinese New Year), the lowest bid was higher than the usual. $60 is the lowest bid for non-CNY for hotel Jen (I tried it for some days in April). Hopefully this helps someone. Cheers.
  3. Dec 19 - 22 Thanks to this forum (which I'm really, really loving it- thanks to all you mods out there) and especially to liar's winning priceline bid thread, I put in my bid of $68 (Liar won his at $70 at $5 increments). For those of you who read this thread, pls note I tried $65 and $66 and still did not win. $67 could be the lucky number but I didn't try. Here's a breakdown: Your Offer Price Per Room, Per Night: US$68.00 Subtotal: US$204.00 Taxes & Fees: US$33.90 Total Charges: US$237.90 FYI- this hotel is newer than the Conrad HK as this opened in April 2008 which is the reason why we selected this. Also, they offer free shuttle to certain HK districts (see Marriott's website) all day on weekends (but not weekdays sadly). Only wish they had free shuttles to the airport :)
