  1. At first glance, I thought this was going to be a great stay. When we entered the hotel, everything seemed nice. The reservation was in my name, and when I was checking in, the manager kept acting like I wasn't who I was supposed to be. Then he kept looking at my husband suspiciously, who finally said, "I'm her husband". The manager just leered at me and kept looking at my husband like he knew we were there on a rendezvous. The room was super nice-beautiful colors, nice bed, good amenities. The only problem was that housekeeping never came back to clean our room after the first day. On the 2nd day, the front desk kept calling our room for stupid unnecessary things, like they were checking up on us. They had time to do this, but not time to send housekeeping. I had reserved a van time of 5:40am, they also mentioned that if I needed to go earlier, the van ran every 20 minutes. I went downstairs at 5:35, only to see the van pulling away. The 2nd van came back after 10 minutes, but he was also the front desk clerk, and he wouldn't go on another run. The van that had left early finally came back at 6:00, and the driver refused to go until he had had a few cups of coffee. By this time, there was another lady waiting who was also going to be late, and the front desk clerk and the van driver had disappeared. I finally had to holler "excuse me", and the manager from the first day appeared around the corner and looked mad at me. I told him what the deal was, and he looked surprised, and went and found the van driver. By the time I made it to the hotel (over 45 minutes after my originally scheduled time), I almost missed my flight and had to run through the airport and only made it by 5 minutes. This hotel could be good, but everyone that is there would have to leave or be replaced. Oh, and they tried to charge the hotel stay to my credit card that was provided for incidentals, even though it was already paid for.
