  1. It was actually pretty good. And with the $20 trick, I was upgraded to a larger corner suite on a higher floor with an awesome Strip view. All and all, pretty happy.
  2. I accidentally picked "Strip north condo" and ended up winning Trump Towers for $160/night. Slightly disappointed since I'm not too fond of Trump, but I know how to bid better for next time. Thanks for all the help!

  4. Ok. Responded to previous threads. Unfortunately I have not been too lucky with bidding. I almost always end up using Hotwire.

  7. Congrats! Haven't used the $20 trick @ Aria, but once I called them ahead of time to confirm my booking and asked a friend to check-in cuz i was running late..and they upgraded me to the Penthouse for free. YMMV but maybe give them a call and confirm you're good to go..who knows, maybe they'll upgrade you!
  8. Hello, I'm currently trying to get a 5* hotel in Vegas strip north/south for $200 or less for dates 10/21-10/23. Kindly advise the right strategy to attain this? My goal is to try to get Venetian/Palazzo, Wynn, Encore, Aria or Cosmopolitan. I really do not want Trump. I've tried once already and failed but maybe my bidding strategy was incorrect.. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  9. I'd like to pay no more than $190 for a roundtrip ticket. Ideally, I'd like to pay $150 or less.

  11. Hello, I'm trying to bid on a plane ticket going from SMF (Sacramento) - SNA (John Wayne) or neighboring LGB (Long Beach)/LAX departing Thursday, Apr 28th and returning Monday, May 2nd. I don't mind flying off-peak hours either. I've tried to bid multiple times but without success. I've gone up in my bids to $120 so far. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
