36 dollars at Fairfield Inn , Beachwood , Ohio @ 3750 Orange Place 3 nights 3/25,26,27, 2011 Started out at 37 dollars 3.5 stars in Independence - no go Added Beachwood - 38 dollars - no go Changed to 3 stars and same price - no go Added Mayfield Heights - no go. Finally went to 2.5 stars for the 3 areas but dropped the price to 36 dollars.

Independence Ohio fro 3/17/11. Started out at 3.5 stars for 36 dollars. Not Accepted. Changed to 3 stars and 38 dollars. Accepted at Hyatt Place.

Used the strategy of another member who just got this property. Started out in North Area with 3 stars - low bid of 32 - they came back and wanted a rebid of 40 - I declined. Then added East and went to 33 dollars - no takers Then added South Area and went to $35 - accepted. Dates are for Feb 9 and 10, 2010.

Stay in Charlotte is Jan 27 for one day.

Followed some of the clues on better bidding and used the strategy of staying at the 3.5 ** level and adding areas that did not have that level to get more bids. Started at 32 dollars and was asked to add 8 more- I said no. Added the south park area and went to 33 and so on. Got the Marriott for 36 dollars on the 4th try. Had been working on this for three nights and finally got it. Charlotte Marriott Executive Park

A new hotel for Clearwater Beach?? It was not listed in the HOTWIRE listing that I saw. *** (3 star) NOT on the beach - at a marina. Chart House Suites $64

Got the Mills House for 75 dollars during the last week of September on a Mon and Tues. Remember that you will need to pay 20 dollars extra per night to park in the County garage which is attached to the hotel. Go to the 4th floor of the garage and there is a walkway to the hotel.
