I ended up not booking it- I chose to go through a Embassy Suites site and use my points for a stay! Sorry i didn't follow up!

I really want to get this hotel but not sure if it has been Ided being as it has a lot of the perks that a WDW resort has because it is somehow connected... any help would be appreciated!

Pretty sure hotel roanoke, only 4 star in roanoke. Live 30 min away

Just booked this- tried to use the HOTWIRE link not sure if it worked or not- my work computer is fickle! We were able to get the Deer Ridge Mountain Resort with great reviews! We saved almost 100.00 which is fine by me, this is just a little getaway before baby #1 arrived in August. Seems as though this has been upgraded to a 3 star- i know i read all condos have been updated. Thanks!

I believe it is showing a shuttle now- however the price is now 121.00 i think it is the same property though because it has all the same ratings etc. I am more worried about the " ocean front" it says it is along a beach but could be between a marsh, etc so that worries me for access to a beach!

We ended up staying at a resort this time around HOWEVER i ended up booking this for 1 night after this and ended up with the HOJO! YUCK, we didnt use the reservation.

What prompted the refund is i called twice, then faxed them to report that i was showing no one was showing it as a 3 star, they were showing it sas a 2 and 2.5 star. Hotwire said that they update every month. I told them that was extremely dishonest to put it was a 3 star, and then you end up with not what a 3 star should be. I use hotwire A LOT , I know they looked into my account. They offered to give the hotel to me for cheaper, but i opted not to, After having her a personal experience of someone, I could care less at this point. The young lady on the phone said, then are you requesting a refund? I said yes, and that was that. She apologized and told me that she was very sorry, and not to rebook in that zone for about a week to 2 weeks as she had to forward this information onto IT and have it changed on the website. This was for January 8-15th.

I booked this hotel last week- and called and got a refund but it was NOT easy!!!! This has been downgraded to a 2.5. I had to do A LOT of research. Hope this helps

I just booked this last week and this has been downgraded to a 2.5 per hotwire, they offered to give me the room for 15 a night and after the reviews i had read i opted for a refund! Baymont inn and suites has some NASTY reviews! Hope this helps!
