Paid $62 for a 3.5* stay on Feb 18, 2011. They gave me the Holiday Inn Vancouver which is almost universally rated 3*. Recently people have been getting it with priceline as a 3* for $40-$55. Hotwire purchases as recently as July 2010 have also rated this property as 3*. I was very disappointed. Expedia and Hotels.com are both sister companies of Hotwire and both have this rated 3*. Brutal. Incidentally my room didn't even have a standard bed - just a pull-down murphy bed that was more like a very uncomfortable cot.
