I did not pay a resort fee for my son who just returned this past Monday from a 4 day stay at this property.

At this point in time most days in March available for < 80. The rest are < 90 at the Waikiki Hyatt.

I believe this is the lowest price that Hyatt will accept at this time. When I bid on priceline last Saturday I had forgotten to check what Hyatt would accept that day. They had lowered them from the rates that I checked the day before which was $90 - therefore I was very surprised at my $88 being accepted. Congratulations. Great price.

I think that $82 may work through the end of January.
