I'm looking to stay 4/25-4/27. I can get it directly for $104. I believe it's coming up on Hotwire for $90.00. If I could get it for $60, I'd be thrilled. I see that's what someone got it for previously although it was a while back. Thoughts?

I am looking stay at this hotel for an upcoming family event. When I did my research, it looks like this is the only 4* hotel located in the East Hanover-Livingston area. Am I correct. I can't risk not staying with family. If there's another hotel I'm missing in this area, I'll just book through the Westminster directly. Thanks!!

3 rooms through Betterbidding HOTWIRE link. Amenities: Shuttle, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Internet I've been trying for weeks and today is the first day the Crowne Plaza became available. Going rate for this weekend is $145/night so we're thrilled.

I've been trying to get a deal for Springfield from 2/17-2/20 and a 3* South just popped up for the first time for $78. I know the 3* North is the Ramada but clueless to this one. 3* Springfield South Amenities are: Complimentary breakfast Hi-Speed Internet Any help is appreciated! Thanks :) Ellen

The best rate for the Crowne Plaza is $125. From what I've read on the board, others have also won the for about the same $50ish rate at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel and Conference center. Their rate is $110. There doesn't appear to be anything special going on then and the hotels are not booked. Thanks!

I am trying to get 3 rooms in Springfield, IL and normally get the 3* Crowne Plaza at about $55/night. I am up to $72 and can not get an accepted bid. Hotwire is offering the Ramada at $56 but we really don't want to stay there. Any suggestions for a successful win? Thanks!

I bid unsuccessfully for 7 days on Priceline for a 3* or higher in the French Quarter for New Years. I topped out at $179. Tonight I was about to give up and Hotwire opened up with the Crowne Plaza for $158. Earlier today the lowest hotel in the French Quarter was $223 so we are very happy with this win (bid through Betterbidding!)

First bid of $47.00 was excepted, using the Betterbidding site :)

Using "free" bids I started at $45 and was excepted at $55. This is a 4* hotel on Hotwire. I've stayed here a few times and it's a fabulous hotel. This is the lowest price I have ever received and am quite happy :)

I tried all day with no luck, changing locations and * and couldn't get a room anywhere. I had topped my bid at $185. Went back last night and tried again. Was rejected at $140 and was accepted my 2nd time at $150. With taxes, $189.20. I am thrilled, especially since it's Tony Award weekend. It appears to be a hard week in NYC. Thanks Betterbidding :)

Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Business, Tennis, Laundry. In order for the Holiday Inn Select to come up, you need to put in 2 adults and 1 child. I don't know why, but it works.

First bid was $52. PRICELINE came back and asked me to increase $10.00. This is the hotel I was looking for and HOTWIRE was offering it for $199. Of course I used the Betterbidding site PRICELINE link :)

First bid $44 for 4* rejected Second bid 4* & 3* accepted. Perfect for one night in Nashville, especially since parking is included in the price.

Rental with Hertz $27.95/day for Standard Car 4 days $44.60 Tax recovery charges and fees Total $156.40 Much lower than all the other sites I checked.

Traffic must be easing up in SFO for 10/18 because this was an easy bid. First bid was $65, rejected. Second bid was $68, excepted.

After trying for weeks to get a 4* in the city with hundreds of bids and combinations, I finally gave up. There are too many conferences going on and I noticed everyone's having a difficult time for that weekend. I had to split my days but that's fine with us. We'll have a car and just drive. I've already found discounted parking sites from reading all the posts! Sat. 10/17 Hilton SFO Airport Hotel $85 Sun. 10/18 Westin SFO Airport $68 This finally completes our trip.
