Tried last night starting at $75 and up to $100 with no luck. Tried today at $91 and finally accepted at $96. Reviews don't look great for the efficiency and friendliness of staff of this hotel so we'll see. Everyone agrees that it is a great location.

Initial bid $46 declined, rebid at $49 accepted. Have stayed here before and it's very nice with parking right across the street.
