After bidding for a month up to $75 with no success (including the Maingate zone), I decided to up my bid to $80 and was successful for three rooms for four nights during New Years.

I had tried 3* up to $60 in the airport zone with no luck. Also Salem and Tanglewood up to $48. Finally decided to go for $53 at Tanglewood knowing I would probably get the Holiday Inn since the Doubletree was sold out.

I tried up to $50 in the downtown zone (first bid of $45 was countered at $58, I rebid $50 and was unsuccessful) and then switched to Mt. Laurel and bid $38. Was counteroffered at $49. Added Cherry Hill at $40, and then Downtown at $42 and was successful at Doubletree Suites Mt. Laurel. Cherry Hill and Mt. Laurel are now split into two different zones so the hotel listing needs to reflect that.

I tried for a couple weeks in Plymouth Meeting and Valley Forge zones for a 3* going up to $42. Tried again this morning and got 3 rooms at the Doubletree guest suites. It looks like they unload rooms for $35 just a couple days in advance.

First bid was accepted. Should have bid lower since sheraton website offered a rate of $89 but I did not see this go for lower than $50 on the board.

I started bidding for a 2.5* at $37. Immediately given a counteroffer of $47. I added another zone and rebid $38 and then $39. Upgraded to 3*.

I started a few weeks ago bidding for a 3.5* in Lisle. Kept repeating a first bid of $35 up to $42. No luck. A few days ago I bid 3* in Oakbrook for $30 and was immediately countered at $38. Kept bidding to $32 for a couple days and no luck. Today bid $33 and was countered at $41. Bid $34 and was successful at $35. I was hoping for the Hyatt Place.
