  1. Aloha jhuff: Can you assist me too? I'm looking for a 3.5* in the Copely area... If I follow your directions, does Medford have 3.5* hotels? I really don't want to be stuck in Medford! Mahalo!
  2. Aloha: I'm trying to bid on a 3.5 hotel in the Copley area of Boston... Can you please tell me what the rebid zones are that don't have 3.5's in them? Mahalo for your assistance!
  3. Aloha! I would suggest that you stay with resorts and increase your budget to $111 per night. Start at $101, then $106 and finally $111. You should likely get the Hyatt Regency or the Marriott Waikiki Beach.
  4. I just got the Marriott Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa for $91 for tonight... Park at the Aston Waikiki Banyan for just $10 per night!
  5. Keep bidding... You are in the off season and hotls are looking to build base business. You should be able to get a resort hotel in the range of $110 to $121. The Waikiki Circle has a fantastic location but it's kind of a dive hotel. The Entertainment Book should mean that you will be paying no more than $111 out of your own pocket. Park at the Waikiki Banyan... It's only $10!
  6. You are looking for a great deal during the highest of high seasons... Try bidding $101 for a resort in Waikiki. If you don't get it, try again each day raising your bid by $5. You should get it by the time you get to $121. You will probably get the Waikiki Beach Marriott, Hyatt Regency Waikiki or the Sheraton Waikiki.
  7. If you are looking for a hotel in the resort category, I'd start bidding at $95.00. You could end up at the Waikiki Beach Marriott, Hyatt Regency Waikiki or the Sheraton Waikiki. Good luck!
  8. I submitted a bid of $60 for a four star and was rejected. Then selected the boarder area and a bid of $75 and I got the Omni!
  9. Aloha: Mahalo for the quick reply... We will be staying at the Boston Hiton Back Bay from August 31 through September 6, 2009. I'll be sure to follow your advice for check air prices!
  10. It might be a bit early to be bidding on October dates... Try going to the Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau page to see if there is a large convention in town over your requested dates. I always have the best luck if I am bidding inside two weeks of arrival!
