Hello, I started with $105 for a 4* at St. Germain and I didn't get, then, I re-bid $110 at St. Germain, Latin Quarter and I won this hotel. I wish I'd stayed at Holiday Inn St Germain Des Pres, but it doesn't accepted. Thank you.

I tried $90 and it was accepted at first bid. I think that is a good deal.

Hi, I starded with a $55 bid for 3* downtown, but it was rejected and added Gloucester and upped to $60, bid was won in Holiday Inn Historic District. Thank everybody helped me.

Hey guys, After many bids, I changed my strategy. I splinted the stay at two hotels and I tried only 3*. The first stay won was at Courtyard By Marriott Philadelphia Downtown 10/07/09 - 10/11/09 per $55 - 3*, and the second stay won was at Holiday Inn Historic District 10/11/09 - 10/15/09 per $60 - 3*. Unfortunately I didn't have luck to stay in just one Hotel, but I'm very glad with this prices. Thank you everybody that helped me :)

Where do I see the option that Priceline offers me to add more money? That does not always have that option? Such as, I bid $55 for 3* and Priceline offer me add more $15 for finish the auction.

Yeah, I understood the concept of re-bidding and read the re-bid. Always I start with a lower bid, right?

But I want just Downtown zone, I don't want to stay in another zone and my maximum bid is $70 and not $150.

A successful bid. First I tried Downtown - SoHo for $160 4* and was denied. Second, Downtown - SoHo and Chelsea for $160 3,5* and was denied too. And third I tried Downtown - SoHo and Chelsea for $160 3* and I won the Holiday Inn Manhattan. But I didn't like, I was disappointed, my strategy was wrong. I wanted to pay under $140 for 3* :)
