I used the PRICELINE link and bid 4* at $55 in the french quarter zone. - Rejected Added a zone that didn't have 4* and bid $59. - Rejected Added another zone...$60 - rejected Then finally $62 - accepted and got the marriott for one night, 2 rooms on December 12th. Thanks for all the info on this site.
Still learning about the site, forgot to mention that I tried $55 first and it was rejected. Then I added another zone with no resorts and bid $60 and got the "win" for the hilton.
Argh, got the Hilton resort for $60 a night. Not a bad price, but that was the one resort I didn't want. But after reading the reviews, maybe they've gotten better. Will review upon my return.
Hi, thanks for replying. I need the nights of the 24th of september to the 26th, checking out the 27th. I'm willing to stay at any resort but was wondering if I could improve my chances of getting the gaylord palms by bidding a certain amount or something like that.
Hi, I would like to get 3 nights at the gaylord palms resort in Orlando using priceline. I have read some of the wins but it sounds like my odds are about 33% as there are 3 resorts that usually pop up with 4* hotels in WDW region. Any tips on a higher chance of getting the gaylord palms? I will be staying end of September so I still have time to try various bids. Thanks.
