Been trying to get this hotel for months. Success at last Previous bids up to $170 rejected. Today I bid $95, rejected, asked me to rebid another $20, accepted. Total per night $115 = $9. 67 tax and fees. Delighted. Well worth the bid. :) Might have tried a lower rebid but didn't want to risk losing it.

We will be in Vegas from 2Oth April to 25th April 2006. We would like 5* if possible but 4*acceptable . Will pay up to $160. Will prices drop if I wait or should I be looking now? Thanks for a great site.

Hi Vishals, Marriott Metro Centre is not in Newcastle. It's next to Dunston, on the outskirts of Gateshead. A bus or taxi ride away. Definitely not Newcastle Centre. The Metro Centre is a huge shopping mall. Plenty of restaurants, bars , cinemas etc etc. but nothing else around there. Hope it works well for you.

Hi again, No it wasn't my first bid. I've been trying for weeks but as we had plenty of time I kept the bid at $89 hoping that something would eventually come up. It did. Persistence pays. Many thanks for a great site.

Thankyou for the welcome. The Carlton in Prague East. Zizkof area. 20 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride to either Wenceslas Square or Namesti Republic. Trams run 24 hours and stop just outside hotel. We stayed November 3rd to 6th and paid

We got 4 star Hotel Carlton in Prague. This hotel was the Hotel Bristol until April this year> Completely refurbished.
