  1. Pretty expensive compared to possible Priceline wins but we needed a room for three. Not a bad price divided between 3 and definitely better than anything else available for the same night through more conventional booking sites. Amenities listed : High Speed Internet access Business center Spa Restaurant Fitness center 3 adults, 1 room Subtotal: $222.00 Tax recovery charges and fees: $45.45 Total price: $267.45
  2. I can confirm that this is indeed the Intercontinental Park Lane. Got it for the previous night 6/25-6/26 for $222 for 3 people in one room (my win). Pretty expensive compared to possible Priceline wins, but divided between 3 it's not that bad and definitely better than triple rooms through Expedia or other sites. I'll make a separate topic about this win as well.
  3. Don't know if I can edit the title or not. But the details were 6/27/09 - 6/29/09 . 69 usd per night. Total of 166.01 usd after taxes. Booked back in february 2009. Nice hotel for the price, not really 4* but the location is great and they have AC in all rooms.
  4. I believe the Kensington Forum is now 4*. At least it was this summer when I got it.
  5. Customer favorite. Amenities : restaurant, fitness center, business center. Some customer reviews talked about "the bar at the top" and "cable tv in the bathroom" from which I knew I was getting the Hyatt. Didn't want to end up at Westin St Francis, don't like the old rooms (the tower rooms are good, but since there is no choice at hotwire...) IMO a decent price for 3 people (adults) sharing the room, would've been cheaper with only 2 people, but what can you do. The price went up from last week, it was around 126-129 when I started checking available hotels... now it seems to be 135-139 for the same days. Funny how different browsers even show different prices, so it's worth trying with as many as you can.
  6. I can confirm that Grand Hyatt is a customer favorite too. I booked a stay there yesterday (for 3 adults in 1 room). There are reviews that mention "the bar at the top" and "cable tv in the bathroom", those pretty much confirmed that it was the Hyatt instead of Argent or Westin according to the websites of the hotels.
