Placed a $60 bid for 4 star downtown philly for night of August 22. Bid was rejected, but priceline offered me a one time "rebid" if I increased by 17 dollars. I got the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia At Penns Landing which is currently going for $210 for the night! And of course I went through betterbidding.com's PRICELINE link :-) Thanks for a GREAT site!

Trying to get Holiday Inn near stadium in Philadelphia for 8/20/09 - 8/21/09 (one night) Three hotels popped up on Hotwire: $54 - 3-star hotel in Philadelphia Intl Airport PHL - Stadium Area Airport Shuttle / Fitness / Restaurant / Laundry $54 - 2.5-star hotel in Philadelphia Intl Airport PHL - Stadium Area Airport Shuttle / Fitness / Pool / Restaurant / High Speed $59 - 2-star hotel in Philadelphia Intl Airport PHL - Stadium Area Airport Shuttle / Complimentary Breakfast / Fitness / High speed Hotel's official website lists amenities as: Fitness, Self LAundry, Business Services, pool, free wireless. rate for the night is $120 - 219. My initial guess would be the 2.5 star hotel, since its the only one with a pool, but Hotwire gives Holiday Inns a 3 start rating. Any ideas?
