I just wanted to close those this out. I ended up deciding that I wanted to make sure I got the Monte Carlo, and found a good deal on the hotel website. So I booked the hotel straight through the hotel. Thanks for your help.

I am looking into going to Vegas the weekend of 2/14/15 - 2/17/15. I see this 5 star hotel on North Strip for $134. It says one of the amenities is a casino, however it also states "Book soon! The last person got the Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas." this is a little confusing as I am under the impression that the Trump does not have a casino (unless they added one without me hearing about it). The hotel in question has a 95% recommended rating.
